Independent Living. Our Grand suites building houses 34 lovely apartment homes of different sizes and features. A washer and dryer are provided in every apartment, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Our tenants enjoy freedom and independence while knowing that they will receive priority status if and when they need the supports available in our assisted or memory care apartments. Tenants enjoy an elegant evening dining experience in our beautiful dining room, relaxing while our staff serve them. Included services such as housekeeping and scheduled weekday transportation help make retirement more relaxing and enjoyable. Our Resident Ambassador Team members are eager to make you or your loved one feel comfortable and welcome!
Assisted Living. All services in the lovely 3801 Grand are included in the monthly fee. We won’t charge extra for personal care, medication management, nurse visits, laundry or any other service, making it easy for residents to ask for more help when they need it. Supportive services such as transportation, housekeeping and meals make lives happier, healthier and more fulfilling. Every apartment includes a microwave, small refrigerator and private bath. Residents are free to come and go, socialize, have visitors, and direct their own care. Our Resident Move-In Protocol assures individuals and family members that they will not be allowed to slip through the cracks or get lost in the crowd. At 3801 Grand, we recognize how scary a big move can be.
Memory Care. Terrace Suites offers a safe, warm environment for your loved one. All 12 of our memory care apartments are private and include a private bathroom, helping to protect and preserve dignity. Our impressive staff-to-resident ratio assures you that your loved one is receiving plenty of one-to-one care and attention. Memory care rates include all services, offering peace of mind that the monthly fee will not increase when care needs change. Our memory care residents are served three meals and snacks in their own cozy dining room. Our Personalized Engagement Program (PEP) Coordinator will assess the social needs of your loved one and provide stimulating, enjoyable, individualized activities, assuring family members that their loved one’s quality of life is a priority at 3801 Grand.
